People considering themselves to be "believers" should hold a dialogue with those regarding themselves as "nonbelievers" in an attempt at seeing matters from the opposite direction and shaping in greater detail their own opinions. Moreover, the discussion is designed encourage thinking about the space that the personal belief should be given in the charitable work.

Applying a spectrum of methods, the Bible would be read jointly so as to inspire Christians in their engagement in social affairs and issues.

Longer and more intensive thinking about the place that the charitable work occupies in the lives of the Charity workers, about the role played by their personal beliefs and the function that charity fulfils in church and in the world. Such thinking is supposed to be done in environment that offers time and space for meditating, worshiping, reading the Bible, repenting, undergoing Eucharist rites, etc...

The services perceived as divine assistance offered to the Charity staff should assure the workers that they do not face their problems unaided, but as participants in a great God's plan of redemption. Such a service is expected to induce conduct in a symbolic liturgical spirit.
