Plans for the Charitable Work Until 2014
A workshop on Strategic planning was organised by the management of the Diocesan Charity in České Budějovice for their executives.
The workshop took place at the pleasing area of Congregatio Jesu order at Štěkně Castle on May 17 and 18.
The delineation of the current state of affairs both from the work on projects and off projects as well as the swat analysis (the comparison of strong and weak points) were discussed on the first day of the workshop. The participants of the meeting also agreed on long-term prospects and progress into the future concerning the charitable work.
On the second day of the workshop, the formulation of the strategic goals for the next two years as well as the defining of the concrete tasks took place.
