We are looking for volunteers to Streetwork estate Maj
Every Thusday and Thursday until the end of holidays we spend our time with children at housing estate Máj. Each time between 5 PM and 7 PM we have got many acitvities ready for children, e.g. ball games, skipping rope, painting, rope balancing, playing cards and other activities.
All workers and Charity volunteers are dressed in lovely red T-shirts with the logo of the Czech Republic Charity. If you enrol at the project Streetwork you will be able to wear one too:)!
And what is the contents of the volunteers activity? It is easier than it may seem to be. It is all about being with children, playing with them and talking with them if they want. There is always a worker from Diocesan charity present together with other volunteers so you don´t have to worry about being on your own. Children are very interested in our activities that is why we need more volunteers who would help us to be sufficiently available for all the brood.
