The "Children of the Street" Project

The Project aims primarily at improving the quality of leisure-time activities available to children threatened by generally poor social situation of their families and/or directly by the fact that their parents do not see their children's education as a priority because of their own lack of education, grave economic problems or for other reasons. This low-threshold facility strives to broaden the children's possibilities of finding an optimal way of living within their own country while constituting in the local society an active element of equal station capable of re-forming the society - all in all, the facility should boost the children's competences and thus put the kids on equal footing with their peers in EU countries.

The "Adopted Holiday" Project

The Project targets especially children living in poor and socially underprivileged families, who spend their spare time helping in the small farms that provide bare subsistence for their families. Another target group of the Project comprises children raised by a single parent, by grandparents, or by the parent's siblings living typically close to the poverty line in villages. The Project is supposed to bring about a certain level of improvement to the health condition of children endangered by the generally inadequate social situation of their families.
